About us

We’re an XR development company delivering interactive experiences across devices. Our team blends strong engineering with creative polish to ship fast, de-risk complexity, and maintain high quality in real-time 3D.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ship features in Unity (C#) from prototype → production → polish.
  • Own performance: profiling, memory management, frame-time optimisation, asset budgets.
  • Implement UI/gameplay systems and internal tools in collaboration with design/art.
  • Integrate platform SDKs, analytics, IAP/ads (if applicable), and backend APIs.
  • Maintain clean project structure (Addressables/scenes/prefabs) and contribute to CI/CD.
  • Write testable code and give/receive constructive code reviews.
  • (Optional) Help with multi-platform releases (mobile/desktop/console).

Must-have experience

  • Strong Unity + C# (roughly 3–5+ years or equivalent depth).
  • Shipped at least one commercial title/app or a substantial live project.
  • Solid grasp of gameplay architecture, events, async patterns, and data-driven design.
  • Hands-on with Unity Profiler/Memory Profiler and performance debugging.
  • Git workflows (branches, PRs) and collaborative development.
  • Comfortable in a remote, high-trust, product-focused team.
  • Nice to have (not required)
  • VR/AR: Unity XR, OpenXR, AR Foundation; shipping to Quest / Apple Vision Pro / HoloLens.
  • Graphics: URP/HDRP, Shader Graph/HLSL, lightmapping, post-processing.
  • DOTS/ECS, Job System/Burst for perf-critical systems.
  • Networking: Netcode for GameObjects/Photon/Mirror; multiplayer patterns.
  • Tooling/ops: CI (GitHub Actions/Unity Cloud Build), crash/telemetry tools.
  • Platform experience: App Store / Play / Steam/consoles.

What we offer

  • Remote-first, flexible hours with trust and autonomy.
  • Ownership of meaningful features and creative input.
