Advisory Statement
OPIC3D needed a mobile app that makes 3D video feel as easy to browse and share as any other social feed. The app had to support portrait and landscape 3D posts, live streaming, creator tools and community features without overwhelming new users.
Uverse Digital took the app from UX planning and UI design through to development and launch on the App Store and Google Play.

Research & UX Planning
Mapped the mobile user journeys for discovering, watching, creating and sharing 3D content, from onboarding through to profiles and contests.
Spatial Video Feed
Built a home feed of spatial and 3D videos with likes, comments and a one-tap 3D view, designed for both portrait and landscape posts.
iOS and Android Apps
Delivered the apps for iPhone, iPad and Android phones, published on the App Store and Google Play.
Camera and Live Streaming
Developed in-app camera and live streaming flows so creators can capture and broadcast content straight from their phones, in portrait or landscape.
Contests, Music and Referrals
Added community features including creator contests, a music library for posts and a referral programme to help the audience grow.
Connected Platform
Connected the mobile apps to the OPIC3D platform and the Meta Quest app, so profiles, content and activity stay in sync across devices.
