Immersive XR Simulations

Focused on better learning outcomes, our XR training simulations help Leeds businesses, startups, and organisations deliver realistic, scalable training that improves skills, reduces risk, and prepares teams for real-world challenges with confidence.

Looking to implement immersive XR training in the UK? Let’s build simulations that improve performance and reduce training costs.

Immersive XR That Delivers

Immersive XR Development

At Uverse Digital, we design XR training and simulation solutions that accelerate learning, improve retention, and reduce training costs. Using the power of VR, AR, and MR, we create realistic, repeatable modules that replace static manuals and physical training setups with dynamic, interactive experiences.

Whether for high-stakes surgery, hazardous equipment handling, military readiness, or soft skills development, our simulations are built to mirror real-world environments and tasks. We blend accurate 3D environments with intuitive interactions to ensure the training feels natural and effective, no matter the headset or device.

Virtual Practice, Real Results

Immersive XR Skill Building

We design immersive XR experiences that turn complex real-world processes into interactive, high-fidelity simulations. Built for clarity, precision, and realism, our XR solutions help users experience, understand, and interact with environments that mirror real operational conditions.

Our process starts with strong experiential design principles, ensuring every XR scenario is purposeful, structured, and aligned with real-world use cases. We translate complex systems into intuitive, immersive environments that users can explore and interact with naturally.

Through adaptive XR environments, real-time interaction, and spatial feedback systems, we create experiences that enhance understanding, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable engagement outcomes for organisations.

Every solution is designed to support performance visibility, user interaction tracking, and continuous experience refinement, helping businesses understand how users engage within immersive XR environments.

Train Smarter with XR

Our XR Solutions

  • VR, AR, and MR training modules across industries

  • Scenario-based simulations for skills development and compliance

  • Real-time user feedback, branching logic, and automated scoring

  • Modular, gamified content for varied learning paths

  • Cross-device deployment (Quest, Pico, Vision Pro, HoloLens, etc.)

  • Backend analytics for performance tracking and training optimisation

  • Scalable solutions for enterprise onboarding, safety training, medical procedures, and more

From reducing onboarding time and operational risk to scaling training across global teams, we build immersive learning environments that are practical, measurable, and built for the future of workforce development.

Train faster. Retain longer. Perform better.

—  How we work

Our XR development process

A clear, step-by-step process from first idea to launch and beyond.

01

Discovery

We define the learning or business goals, the users and the devices, and agree how success will be measured.

02

Storyboard and design

We map each scenario, interaction and piece of feedback before anything is built.

03

Build

We create the 3D environments, interactions and logic, sharing builds you can try in the headset.

04

Test

We test comfort, performance and usability with real users on the target devices.

05

Deploy and measure

We help you roll out to devices and connect results to your learning management system or analytics.

Technologies and devices

Unity Unreal Engine OpenXR Meta Quest Apple Vision Pro Pico HoloLens WebXR

We build in Unity and Unreal Engine using OpenXR, for headsets such as Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, Pico and HoloLens, as well as browser-based WebXR that runs without an app download. We can add AI characters, voice control and analytics to track learner performance.

What XR is used for

  • Safety and procedural training that would be risky or costly in real life.
  • Onboarding and soft-skills practice.
  • Product demos, virtual showrooms and sales tools.
  • Research studies in controlled, repeatable environments.

Timeline and cost

Cost depends on the number of scenarios, the level of realism and the devices you need. A single training scenario can be delivered much faster than a full programme, so many clients start small and expand. You get a fixed quote and timeline after a free consultation.
